“Everything that looks good…. Isn’t” defines this property. 5 years firsthand experience. You will truly REGRET moving to this property. Despite property being close to everything…. That’s its! Property is full of ongoing crime. Amazon packages consistently being stolen. Pool area is a joke. Constant gatherings and loud noise. Pool being closed, doesn’t mean anything (they will jump the fence) there is NO security. Don’t take my word for it… check the crime rate online. Staff is friendly…. Angelo was extremely helpful. I mean the BEST at showing apartments and listing out anything that required xtra attention and things that were important. He was hilarious and even understood movie references. Jokes I made he even understood I felt extremely welcome within these apartments and it was even seeing diversity in my community in this job aspect. Overall, he’s given hope in these apartments and I am looking forward to making this place my home.
I recently moved after living here for 4 years, and overall I had a great experience. Throughout my time here, I hardly ran into any issues. One thing I truly appreciated was seeing the progression of the property over the years through new rules, improvements, and upgrades that made the community better.
