The first doctor, mcavoy said to me ‘ what is it you want’ before id even stepped in the door, and promised to take all my medication off me, the second doctor Owen Ferran is beyond useless and also promised to take all my medicines off me, and then a month later got a checky pharmacist from the surgery to ring me to say which one of my medications I wanted to reduce first. Very good staff and doctors, but trying to get through the phone is a disgrace. Waiting 19 mins maximum until someone answers. Would be better if someone picks up right away. As many of us don't have that much time to wait.
