First off all the staff Suzanne Spangler and Thomas Sands went out of their way to understand my needs on locating an apartment, as I am driving long distances every day to a newly relocated place of work. J is always professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it truly shows in the quality and care he puts into every repair. Having someone as reliable and dedicated as J makes living here an even better experience!!!
