Left after getting an appointments was 1 hour on the phone and can I ring tomorrow. This can go on for a week.
I'm really surprised with the poor ratings and comments, I was with Old Catton Medical Practice for years and that surgery really is awful. I've recently moved over to Willow Wood and can't praise it enough. They've been very efficient and delt with my issues brilliantly. So glad I changed over.
