Rude Consultant Zina LECHEVALLIER and misusing her power and NHS is keeping silent?
Extremely rude staff and need some training, lack of knowledge in caring and not understanding the patients. There is no diversity and most of the staff are from a particular ethnic minority. This is UK, not their back home treat patient in a such away. They don't have any empathy and respect towards the patients and shouting at the patients. They don't welcome visitors.
