Great experience all round, great staff and service. Had 4 tyres replaced and when I requested an additional item, being a 4 wheel alignment, they fitted that in no problem. Would highly recommend to everyone to use this garage in Crosby.

I was nearby and had a problem with my tyre. A friend recommended I drive straight to Willow. As soon as I pulled into the driveway the mechanic identified the problem and told me where to park my car. 3 of the mechanics looked after me and within minutes I drove away with a new tyre. Much cheaper than the garages in Liverpool. I was highly impressed and would thoroughly recommend.

I lost my locking nut key, Willow went over and above to resolve the problem. Removed the offending wheel nuts and replaced them, wel done & thank you
