I'm not one to complain but I am pretty disappointed with the items I bought from this company at the NEACA fair. I bought 2 sweat shirts and a jersey top. I had them all monogrammed, the 2 shirt shirts I had the patch work letters put on and after I washed them all the letters frayed and I had to cut the strings with scissors. I paid close to $150 for them and in my opinion the quality of the work was not worth it. It was a waste of money.
