I can not express enough graditute for Erin! I have been seeing Erin for the last 8 months and my anxiety is now manageable. I've been going to therapy for the last 10 years and the focus was always coping mechanisms however I wasn't taught appropriately how to use these in day to day life. I came to this establishment for services because I recently moved here and had to find a new provider. Typically counseling services are about helping people, and working on specific ways to help people cope/grow. My experience was more of a pay us and we will give you a generic response with some links to informational reading. I wasn’t personally impressed, and it could have just been the person I talked to? But considering the price of counseling it’s frustrating to find little to no real value.
