Place is horrible. As expressed by the staff, don't bother entering if you're not looking to buy something. I couldn't see why you would in the first place. "If you're not looking to buy anything, you people should just move on." Horrible.
An absolutely incredible place.... you always feel welcome and taken care of. The Willow Tree and Chelsea have been basically icons since I was just a kid. I always find just the right thing there, always have. Peter and Janelle are some of My most favorite people EVER!! I am so happy that these two wonderful places have stood the test of time and are still going strong!!! Love you guys!!!

I always find great gifts here. And by "find" I mean the staff knows exactly what my wife, mom, or any woman wants for that matter. Despite being a man, they are still very relatable and understanding (kudos here to Heidi). They have so many unique items it's at least worth a good look.

How great to have a store right down the street for last minute party dresses! They've saved me for several events! Great customer service and a wide selection. They even have Danskos!
The staff are always friendly & welcoming. Very accommodating. I end up with items I'd never have chosen but love once on. A great way to support a well loved local business!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about them.
Willow Tree is an excellent boutique that I've shopped at for years ! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful in making decisions. I love to support small and local businesses Willow Tree always has different clothing and jewelry which I appreciate. I'm always recommending The Willow Tree to others knowing they will be thrilled with the sales staff as well as the clothing!
