RecommendedI randomly found The willow tree boutique when searching for a pair of Kendra Scott earrings. They had them on sale by a lot and immediately added to my cart. I browsed and ordered a cardigan that is so super soft and a perfect fit! I ordered Sunday night, shipped Monday and I received Wednesday (a day early)! Super happy with my order!

I ordered something accidentally and emailed them immediately. They replied the next day saying they couldn’t cancel the order even though it hasn’t shipped yet. I could send it back but I’m still out the shipping. Poor customer service.
Willow Tree messaged me on messenger that I had won their recent contest. Needless to say, I provided a SPAM link. I inquired about it and they never resolved it nor did I receive any prizes. 🥺
The Willow Tree staff is absolutely amazing. Love everything about the live sales and the customer service is absolutely the best! I am in Southwest Florida and shop online and my orders arrive so fast. Can’t say enough great things about the Willow Tree and their merchandise, staff and ease of shopping!
The staff is always helpful and courteous. I love shopping in the store. The online boutique has been a wonderful experience as well. I’m always impressed with how quickly I receive my items and the description during the lives helps me size perfect. Great job! I was placing my order via online. There was some type of error that occurred. I emailed them once I realized my order appeared to have not completely processed, but had appeared to be pending on my account. They quickly responded to my email and sorted out my order. The girls were so accommodating and friendly! My new favorite online boutique!!!
I went to The Willow Tree in Centre today to return some things and the women were very helpful and sweet as could be. I’ll definitely be back to shop soon.
I order often from The Willow Tree. Earlier this week I received some earrings that broke when I was taking them out of the packaging. I called and spoke with Haley, she was super nice and she told me just to return the broken ones for a new pair. I live about 25 minutes from the post office and haven’t had a chance to return them yet. About three days after I called, TWT sent me a new pair of earrings before I even had a chance to return the old pair.
