This is a roach infested complex. No matter how many times we had our location sprayed at 210 Village North Dr. we will continue to see large roaches, not only within our home but throughout the complex. I’m not sure what it is if they’re in the walls or just everywhere throughout the complex, but these aren’t just regular roaches they’re huge. Willow springs does their best to keep HOA costs very low without neglecting any duties. And the best part is the HOA consists of people who actually live here and not some company out of town. When my husband left his expensive bike on the front porch one night, they had it waiting at the hoa office the next morning. I had just moved from east Dallas. If we were still in east Dallas, my bike would surely be gone. When I asked the office if they found it, they had me describe it to make sure I was the true owner. And within ... read more
