We bought this place largely in part to the access to the trails. The sales associates told us we would have access and now the gate is locked and the HOA says it's the city's gate.
Big no whoever made this sucks. You drive a mile up to drive a mile down don’t do it

Imagine going to a community that is selling homes only to have your loan officer turn your home buying experience into a nightmare by underreporting my income, under reporting my assets, including debts that had already been paid off and telling me I didn’t qualify for a conventional loan with a 744 middle credit score because my debt to income was too high.
