I was helping someone to rent a unit in the Willow Spring. Property manager Marlene gave us a warm and friendly receiving. She showed the place and utilities, clearly explained the documents and rules, answered all of our questions. She then assisted in closing the deal with accuracy... Marlene has done a great work helping customer!
***WARNING*** Read the reviews!!! This place is the worst of the worst.
This complex has been my worst and most unusual living experience. First, package theft is extremely common here. It feels unsafe, and despite all the cameras installed around the property, management claims that none of them actually work. Second, the management is unprofessional and rude. They entered my apartment without my permission while I was not home, and without any reasonable justification. The rudest manager I have ever seen in my entire life. I was interested in an apartment for rent, but after the comments there about the manager and her problems, I backed down, especially since I saw it was a one-bedroom apartment and we were four people.
