Nice apartment
Marlene is a con artist. Beware
Residents here for 4 years with my 2 daughters We have the most horrible experiences one after another coming from the so called property manager on site ( Marlene ) she bullied and harassed us time after time. Kitchen has no exhaust fan going anywhere outside. Pond behind the apartment was filled with algae so green and filthy despite there are many fish inside. Resident here for nearly a decade now and the comments are true. The land lady Merlena is a particularly nasty individual. The owner seems to hire ruthless overseers or clueless muppets to oversee his property which is fine for him but terrible for the residents. Any complaint will end in frustration guaranteed. One day as I was relieving myself in the gym bathroom, Merlena went inside and told me to use the bathroom in my apartment and wouldn’t leave until I acknowledged her.
