A year ago or so I moved my people in I came to visit and found out this place got mad rats i had to come clean one up at my grandmas she said she has seen over 10 of them I’m moving her out as soon as their lease is up shes is pay $1300+ for a beat up apartment this place needs updates asap very sketchy people walking around through the gates I didn’t even need a code to get in which is wild then weird people doing drugs outside I not sure I want to even move over here anymore seems like it’s going down hill since the last ... read more
Honestly it used to be a decent place to live, been here for a year and this month specifically has been the worst my ac has messed up 3 times literally i always keep my ac on 70 and its gotten up to 85! Thats insane!!.... On a hot times like these this is craaaaazy not to mention maintenance is soo buns because what do you mean you want me to do your job? The replacement manager Latoya doesnt care about residents like greystar normally would . Her words do not match her actions. Doesn't do her job correctly. Lucy has become complacent with her behavior as well. It’s over 105 degrees we should not be dealing with A/c units not working. Maintenance being horrible at their job. We have truly enjoyed being a resident,and part of the Willow Springs Community these past 6 years. We hope to continue our residency here for many more years. As long as the consistency remains intact, we don’t plan on leaving. Since Ms. Lucy joined, management is quick to address issues, & communication is great! Ms. Ashley recently joined, and all is good! Just like when we first moved in.
