I took a tour and the staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The facility was clean and secure. The daily activities looked super fun!
A few years ago as we looked into placing my mother into a care facility and we picked Willow Springs which turned out to a perfect fit and a great decision. The staff and nurses at the facility are amazing. They all loved on my mom and made us feel as family. Even in the final days of my mom they showed her respect and loved on her as if she was their own family, and for our experience I can not say enough good things about Willow Springs.
My sister, age 77, has been a resident at Willow Springs Memory Care since Nov. 2023. It was a hard decision to move her from an assisted living community in Sacramento to Willow Springs, but it was the best decision that we could have made for her. I’m so grateful for Willow Springs. My brother and I were suddenly faced with the trauma of finding a place for our mom, and we initially placed her in a different facility. We quickly determined that she was not receiving the level of care that we desired for our mom, and after visiting several other facilities, Willow Springs was the clear winner.
