My daughter had an appointment at Willow to get her hair done for her winter formal. On the day of her formal her regular hairdresser was not able to come in due to a family illness - the kind folks at Willow made arrangements for someone else to come in to do my daughter's hair so she would not be disappointed for her big day. I’ve been coming to Willow for a while now and am never disappointed. Kylie is amazing, I’ve been a client of hers for a few years now for both colour and cut. Aveda products are awesome and smell great. All around good vibes in the salon too. See you guys soon for my next appointment!
Awful customer experience. I booked an appointment over the phone less than 24hrs prior and was quite excited/nervous as I’m changing hair studios from Toronto to Dundas. I arrived for the appointment time I was verbally given, only to be advised that my appointment wasn’t in their system for that day (rather a different day the following week that was not agreed upon). first time at willow salon and got a full color and cut. My hair dresser was Kylie and she did such a fabulous job. The environment was very nice and Kylie was so kind and friendly. If you want a good hair salon in Dundas or Hamilton in general, go to Willow salon. I’ll definitely be back :)
Such a great experience at Willow Salon! I had highlights and a trim by Alysia and she was fantastic! I had never been to the salon before and wasn't sure what I wanted but she was able to take my unclear ideas and make it happen perfectly (without overdoing the trim!). The salon was welcoming and warm and super easy to be in. I'll definitely go back.
