The staff here are amazing. They really care and will do what they can to help you. If you don't click with your therapist, they can find a better match for you. Love it here!
Saw a therapist here for several months. She would constantly text me less than 15 minutes before my appointment to cancel. (I drove down from Rexburg, which she knew, and so I was usually ALREADY in the parking lot when I was canceled on) Even excluding the times I was canceled on right before my appointment she would cancel several times. My appointments were always 5-15 minutes late. (And would take the least amount of time she could do approx 30-40 min).
