Have owned a 2019 willow conifer 628 since new. It is holding up very well inside and out albeit exclusively toured on sealed roads. It is modified with an extra solar panel, a DC to DC charger with Anderson plug and cable, an external frame mounted battery box and large lithium battery. Removing the battery from its under bed location allowed for installation of a diesel heater in its place. Excellent customer service, high quality product and very friendly staff.
Ordered and paid deposit on a caravan from Pakenham. Then a few weeks before it went into production Willow RV jacked the price up. It appears that Willow are also one sided, they use social media to promote their product, but if they upset a perspective customer, and the customer posts on social media to warn others, it appears that Willow block the customer. Didn’t seem very confident with what they stocked, and if they are they don’t seem to stock much don’t utilise for spare parts etc.
We have a Willow RV Conifer 628X we recently had our Van serviced at Pakenham factory. We couldn't fault their customer service and workmanship they completed on our van. We would like to thank the crew at Pakenham.
