These guy are dodgy when a major problem occurs they run away and make it impossible to get warranty repairs done I have had my kauri since Feb delivered with dangerous problems. Can't be driven safely. Still waiting for repairs. Avoid them they are horrible to deal with..
Absolutely crap service from this company. Months ago I emailed Leonie (first emailed apparently went to her junk) at Willow in regards to a plastic corner trim for a willow Caravan. Back & forth for weeks. Then I emailed her manager with no response at all. Finally after chasing up and chasing up she stated they were getting them in stock the start of the following week but I would have to buy all 4. This was 20th of March. Have owned a 2019 willow conifer 628 since new. It is holding up very well inside and out albeit exclusively toured on sealed roads. It is modified with an extra solar panel, a DC to DC charger with Anderson plug and cable, an external frame mounted battery box and large lithium battery. Removing the battery from its under bed location allowed for installation of a diesel heater in its place.
