Money Grab! I had been looking at renting a unit from this company for 2 months. I would see their ads on renting websites. When I called the company to ask about a showing the lady said they won't have any units untill March 25th. I asked her if she will have any units after that AS STATED ON THE RENTING WEBSITE! and she said she didn't know. Ovette & Ms. Patricia have been nothing less than amazing. I have been in contact with this month and each interaction has been gracious, kind, thorough and reassuring; even when I’ve asked the same questions. I am look forward to being here!!!!!!
Ok, ok, ok…I have been here since 2021. The manager that WAS here was completely unbearable. I put in my notice to vacate because the old manager charged me with every fee she could for everything she could. She had work done on the parking lot where everyone had to park on the street outside the apartments for a couple days until the concrete was finished being resurfaced. Since my car was parked in the locked/unaccessable gate (outside the apartments) which she considered “her” property, she had my car towed. I just couldn... read more
