They no longer offer lifetime warranties on appliances. The yards are all clay and rocks and roots. It's presented online in different places as being for 55 and over, but in other places, it's multi family. I guarantee that it's multi family- many children live here. I understand that ppl want decent places for their kids to grow up. But something seems amiss here. There's a lack of communication from the office ppl. So far, most residents seem to be ok. So far.
Beware of high monthly land leases and poorly kept grounds and services. Own your land! Don’t lease!! The reviews from 3 years ago were under different ownership when there was promise of an awesome community that never came to fruition. We’ve been here for 2 years now under new owners and management won’t listen to our requests to clean up the place.
Crowded
It is very upsetting how they treat the elderly there my grandma lives there and they yell and threaten them, never do what they say they are going to do. Josh and kristal need get out of there and bring people in that know what their doing and know how to treat people
