Was gifted a $90 treatment. When I called to book the appointment, was told it was "almost an hour" treatment. No it was 30 minutes, noted the timer in the room. The hair products were icy cold when applied to my head. The tech only massaged the edges of my hair, not all over then at 30 minutes, said we are done you can get dressed and dry your own hair if you want to. Really disappointed.
