Dr. DiCarlo and his team are the best! We are so grateful for them and their continued care of our fur babies.
I've taken my dog here many times. Never again! Was driving around the back of the shopping center and stopped on the corner where the movie return box used to be to answer phone for a second... immediately Dr. Brad Dicarlo was in my window threatening to call the police on me. Only to return seconds later ranting like the best of "Karens" sad...
I usually don’t write reviews, but I thought it was important to write this one. I am so glad I found this vet! Very approachable, friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are all such nice people! Each staff member (receptionist, vet tech, the vet himself) took time to answer any questions and make sure my cats were well taken care of. My cats have seen several vets and this is hands down the best one. I would highly recommend Willow River to anyone in the Charlottesville and surrounding area.
I have taken my cat to several different veterinary clinics as we have moved around, and this clinic is by far the best I have been to. Dr. DiCarlo and his team are so compassionate about the animals in their care and go above and beyond to ensure the comfort and happiness of pets at appointments. Not only do they provide wonderful care - they are extremely knowledgeable and very kind. I would highly recommend this clinic to anybody :)
