The team at Willow River has been very helpful and attentive. Procedures are prompt, cleanings are thorough, and the team is vet welcoming and friendly.
Everyone is friendly and helpful. I’ve had no issues with any of my work done and the experience is always pleasant. Dr. Kate and her staff do their best to make the process as relaxing and tolerable as possible, especially for someone who does not like going to the dentist.
My appointment at Willow River Dental was great. I went in as a new patient to explore options for orthodontic care, and Dr. Kate was so thorough in review, not only of her own scans, but of x-rays received from my prior dentists office. She answered all of my questions, and really took a patient forward approach. It’s a perfect and convenient location and the staff there are all kind and easy to talk to. Cannot recommend enough.
Care is done quickly. I was waiting for my procedure to start and it was actually already done. The staff make sure you are comfortable. They are very caring. Low stress. Low pain. Wonderful group of professionals
