Dr. Katie at Willow River Dental is amazing! She explains everything so clearly and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. Her warm, friendly approach, along with her kind and professional team, makes the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. You can really tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend!
I've only ever had positive experiences with Willow River Dental. They are very clear about each process of the procedures as well as when booking appointments, what to expect, and product recommendations. The hygienist printed out a recommendation of a toothbrush for me so I could easily find it at home. At another appointment, another staff member provided two different sample sized toothpastes for me to use at different times of the day. Great experience. Dr Kate LaTendresse was very caring and concerned that I was comfortable. I imagine she would be fantastic with children or anyone anxious about dental work. I will be returning and I will be recommending to people.
Love this practice! The office is clean and quiet but super accessible with lots of parking options nearby. The staff are thorough and easy to work with, and Dr. Kate is the best. She listens, is happy to answer questions, and explains things well. Couldn't ask for better in a dentist or dental office.
