I am having some issues with the manager at the this property. I received an email the day after the lease ended saying there was a balance of almost 500$ for damages. After receiving this email my ex girlfriend, who was also on the lease, paid the balance and she shortly received an email saying that the amount was refunded back to her bank account. The front office has always had poor communication skills since I moved in here. Good luck getting anyone to answer questions or receive any call backs like they say they will. I moved out March 30th, and I’m still pending my refund for damages to the apt, which I paid with no issues because I knew I was liable for them. Then they sent me an email the next day saying they “refunded” me and want me to pay another way with a QR code but I have yet to receive my refund, so am I supposed to pay this deposit twice? Looking for a new place to call home and was starting to get a little frustrated but then I received a call from Tisha asking if we’d like to come see their available unit and I am so glad she gave me that call! She was helpful from start to finish, answered all my questions, was available every time I called and accommodated us so much! She made this decision so easy now just waiting and crossing fingers to hopefully get “approved”. Thank you so much Tisha and can’t wait for willow ridge to be our new home!
Worst decision in my life moving here. I put a mantience request in a month ago . Ceiling leaks every time it rains. No one to this day has come and completed a work order. I advise you not to rent from these people.
