The townhomes are great and Tisha Ivelisse was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience that much better.
The fact that these are townhomes is definitely what brought us here but Tisha Ivelisse KEPT us!! Tisha was by far the warmest and most honest leasing agent we have ever dealt with. This process was EXTREMELY hard for me personally and she essentially held my hand with so much patience that it was by far a great experience!! I can't say enough great things about her and I am looking forward to living here knowing she's the property with a BIG heart!! Cariño siempre!!
This place has really really gone down hill, new manager has clearly lowered the standards for applicants. No longer feels safe.
I got towed from my own parking spot that I pay for and the apartment manager was absolutely clueless. She said “it’s 3rd party nothing I can do.” This place has had 4 managers in the last few months. They have a ton of hidden fees too and they won’t tell you until it’s move in day. Every manager they hire gets worse and worse.
