Fantastic homes, I’ve lived here for three hundred thousand years, I am an immortal being that has ascended from the god of concrete Slow William. Every home has been laced with the EVIL plastic for the foundations, many say the evil plastic will eat your homes, but turns out this is just how concrete is poured. I AM AN IMMORTAL BEIMG AND YOU WILL FEAR ME!
If the sign says century communities nothing else.....go for it. If it says century COMPLETE....don't do it. Just a bunch of plans they don't put effort into.
Lived here over 10 years and they just started building recently. Not an issue until they go carelessly digging and rip up the internet line 3 times in the span of a month. They leave clumps of dirt all over the neighborhood. Oh and if you want to be in a house 3 years and then have foundation issues these are your homes. Pouring concrete in 54 degree weather on top of a tarp because the ground is too wet to pour directly onto it. Poorly built and over priced houses on small lots with no back yards.
