Exceptional customer service.
Property has really improved over the last year. HVAC systems being replaced is great! They have been fixing up the buildings and apartments a lot! Quiet and best in the area for my needs!
I have lived here for 3 years now and have never once had a pleasant experience with Rachel. Time after time she has been unpleasant to work with and just flat out rude. If I were this management, I would most certainly not want someone like her representing my customer service line, as I am a paying tenant with concerns who deserve to be heard, not brushed off with a tone and attitude. Especially valid ones like, the water being shut off with no notice, a broken heater for a week(that left me sick), leaky faucets, doors lit... read more
