The property manager Brandon has been great to work with. He shows how much he really cares about his tenants and the property upkeep.
For the last 3 years, the management has been terrible regarding getting maintenance requests started or completed. This will be year 3 with no AC if they don't fix it (each prior year I'm being told that it will happen this year, only to have the summer end and told, next year). I finally called corporate, hopefully something changes. It's sad that it takes a call to corporate to get things going. Hello, I am a current resident of Willow Ridge Apartments. I have lived here for almost 3 years. I have reported time after time of the black mold in my apartments and recently roaches started to appear and I’ve reported it time after time. My ceiling in my living room is caving in and my restroom is full black mold around the shower and in the shower and I have two holes in, but the tiles have caved in in my shower and there’s a leak behind it. I have lived at Willow ridge for 3 years. I love my apartment and the neighborhood. The manager Brandon M is a really good manager, his office staff are polite and well trained at their jobs. I recommend living at this property to others often.
Leaving some tenants without hot water for three weeks is an EMERGENCY 🦺 but isn't being treated as such. It's winter and we've had very cold temps, hot water is a must. I have advised them to contact a lawyer and code enforcement. I've driven by this location for two years and there's always outdoor sections being roped off for repair ... Yet I never see repairs happening. Absolutely disgusted by what I'm hearing from people coming forward. Housing is limited so of course you guys get away with this BS.
