Seriously ticketing people for not having a receipt on dash who pay with your app? When you literally have signage for the app everywhere?
Parked at a nearby Impark not listed on Google but it was nearby right underneath The Skin Care Centre. Machine was broken, an Asian guy in an orangey jacket holding a toddler said he's not going to pay so I did the same as I needed to hurry to my appointment. Got back in 30 minutes, and of course I've gotten a ticket with no employee/issuer to be found. Even so, the ticket says "PATROLLERS CANNOT CANCEL NOTICES" which just sounds way too convenient to me. I've known this parking lot for decades. It used to be clean, well maintained, but now that filthy Impark scoundrels operate it, it looks like a parkade on skid row. It is filthy and there were splotches of what looked like vomit splashed on the filthy ground. If I had not had to rush to my appointment, I would have parked elsewhere. I paid for an hour as I wasn't certain how long my appointment would take. So that was over $5. The signage suggests one can pay with coins but the machines only accept credit cards. If there is a machine in the vicinity that accepts coins, perhaps the signs could say where to find it so people wouldn't waste their time running around the garage searching for it.
