My Mom has been at Willow Pond for almost a year and my brothers and I could not be happier with her care. When her doctor told us she did not need to live alone any longer we began looking and Willow Pond has been an answer to prayers. Erica, Lisa and the staff made a special effort to make Mom feel at home and safe. It’s hard to express how grateful we are for the peace of mind Willow Pond has given us.
The people help with patients and was nice
Willow pond is one of the most compassionate places I’ve been in a very long time . Ive been to a ton of facilities from Maine to Florida and this one is by far, the best! The staff is amazing and very attentive. The facility is clean and accessible to the handicapped and disabled, which is important when aging. The nursing staff is top tier!!! Personally I've been frustrated by their lack of communication when clear cutting this neighborhood for their cottages. However, my husband's father was hurt at the nursing home and that is much more serious.
