My initial business interactions in 2020 were pleasant and the service was great. Most recently it has been quite the opposite. This business has ALL my hard copies of information that I require and I have not been able to get them back and have been given the run around for 2 years. I believe they were lost and avoiding accepting responsibility and if that's not the case then they should be straight forward. Recently communication has stopped.

UPDATE - upon receiving this review Rebecca reached out and reassured me my books would be completed (which were already 2 months late by the end of the week). It has been just shy of 3 weeks with no update. We have sent her emails again to receive no response. It is holding up my ability to get my taxes done correctly AND she has my receipts for the month in order to be able to complete everything. I would not recommend getting your books done here. I received profit loss reports for my business multiple months late and I always had to ask for them. Deadlines were not met. I emailed numerous times without receiving replies back for weeks on end. They messed up my payroll MULTIPLE times (not the right amounts, staff getting paid late or missed completely) which is completely unacceptable.
