I’m giving WP Collision 5 stars because of the genuine care they provided to my son (his vehicle) after having an unfortunate encounter with a deer. Beverley was accommodating and personable, allowing my son to come in after school so they could make sure his car was still safe to be on the road. They spent over an hour of their time (not paid) with my son and his car assuring that everything was in safe working condition (blinkers etc) before booking his appointment for the subsequent body work. Neil and the team at WPC are terrific! Easy to work with and they even gave me a ride home 'n back while my new windshield was being installed. And to top it off, they detailed my car - it's so nice and clean inside now - that was not expected. Thanks for the great service!
While there is a shortage of auto body shop on the island and waiting time is months away, they offered me a shortened waiting time when they realized I need it.
They have always done great work on our vehicles, and have been friendly and professional. I was really impressed with the work they did recently, the car looks brand new!
