I’ve been having a lot of pelvic issues through my journey after sacroiliac joint fusion. Cassidee has been a great help and she is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and supportive. Can’t recommend Willow PT enough!
Hours that they close do not match their actual scheduled hours. You need to call before 5pm and not 6pm to cancel any appointments and speak to someone. If not, you will be charged a $50 fee.
Cassidee Sumbro is excellent, and always on time. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I will definitely stay with Willow and recommend them to anyone.
I had an amazing experience here at Willow. The staff was so nice and present. For my care I had a travel PT, Drew. She did her magic and I feel so much better after the time I spent going to physical therapy. She was also kind enough to leave me with the required tools to continue my at home exercises and ensure my pain doesn’t return.
Drew was absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen to my concerns, was very personable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this facility to anyone.
