I had an amazing experience here at Willow. The staff was so nice and present. For my care I had a travel PT, Drew. She did her magic and I feel so much better after the time I spent going to physical therapy. She was also kind enough to leave me with the required tools to continue my at home exercises and ensure my pain doesn’t return.

I had a great experience at Willow. I was having lower back pain and anything I tried myself didn't help. After the first or second session at Willow, I felt better from the exercises they gave me. They were all very communicative and worked around my schedule to make appointments work for everyone.

I was really pleased with the care I was getting from Raquel. Halfway through I started with a new provider. Suddenly my appointments were canceled and rescheduled without my knowledge, and I was informed I would be seeing a new provider (the third) and that the second was just covering the gap between. Very disappointed in the lack of communication in what started off so great.
