Yesterday I called and asked how much and first time visit would be with my insurance the receptionist asked if I has met my out of pocket and deductible I didn't know so I hung up and checked. I called back today and asked the same question they said do you have a referral I can oy tell how much it cost if we get a referral and run your insurance with that. I hung up afyer saying i didn't and called another physical therapist they immediately took my insurance info and called me back me amd quoted me in 5 min. Why cant the ... read more

The staff and can't remember her name is very supportive and excellent on how she works with her patient. Hope to have her again after my surgery Nov 10th

I have been to plenty of PT facilities. I think what makes Willow stand out is the PT is done 1-1. They watch you carefully to make sure your doing the exercises correctly. I love how they send via email a list of the exercises we are working on which contains pictures and instructions on how to perform them(at home) I very much enjoyed working with my therapist, Kristin (?). She would save the last 10 minutes to explore other types of therapy like manipulation etc.

I’ve been having a lot of pelvic issues through my journey after sacroiliac joint fusion. Cassidee has been a great help and she is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and supportive. Can’t recommend Willow PT enough!
