THE PROVIDERS ARE GREAT! My review has more to do with whoever owns and operates this business, they will charge you 50 dollars for canceling your appointment if you don’t call prior to 24 hours before your appointment time. Fine. My son got sick on Sunday and I couldn’t make an appointment I had on Monday. The business isn’t open on Sundays so i called them the minute they opened. Exactly 7:30. I was going to physical therapy at another clinic for about 8 months and had no improvement. I started going to Willow and seeing Kristin and it instantly started to improve. Now my sessions are over and my range of motion is back to normal.
Yesterday I called and asked how much and first time visit would be with my insurance the receptionist asked if I has met my out of pocket and deductible I didn't know so I hung up and checked. I called back today and asked the same question they said do you have a referral I can oy tell how much it cost if we get a referral and run your insurance with that. I hung up afyer saying i didn't and called another physical therapist they immediately took my insurance info and called me back me amd quoted me in 5 min. Why cant the ... read more
The staff and can't remember her name is very supportive and excellent on how she works with her patient. Hope to have her again after my surgery Nov 10th
