I had a signature facial appointment with Lexi and had an amazing experience. The staff members are super sweet and willing to answer all of my questions and well as my facial was super relaxing and actually went by very quickly with how comfortable the space was
I had to cancel my appointment (within the time frame for a refund), and it’s been over a month and a half and still have not gotten my deposit sent back to me. I have called several times and have talked to different people. Each telling me they’ll look into and get back with me.
Lexy was great! I enjoyed the facial so much.
It was the best experience. 100% recommen
