I’m the a new resident.and I move in 12/23/25 and the property manager is very friendly very helpful and assist with any issues or concerns .. I feel safe knowing security is on property at all times I definitely like living in this community maintenance is always on hand too ..

Living here in Copa Parqua has been a beautiful experience....The atmosphere and vibes has been pleasant..The children play in peace no arguing or fighting..I just love...Neighbors feel comfortable..and the BEST PART IS THAT YOU CAN SEE PEACEFULLY AT NIGHTS... The office staff is the BOMB. . They are the most caring and helpful individuals...On point with everything... Whenever you are in the area drop by and check them out...
