I have lived at Willow Oaks once before and moved back, the maintenance man Rush was great, and mangers were wonderful a few years ago. :) the grounds were well kept, one thing a couple neighbors plays loud car music early in the and late at night some times when going out and coming in. Feb 14, 2021 update-I see the description says "pet free" on the website. I have seen rottweiler and pit-bulls here, also other dogs lately. Spring and Summer is a walking concern for me now.
I have been living at willow oaks for 6 years and have never seen so much laziness in my life after ms. Green, mr. rush and the other guy left. They were so good to my family. I refuse to take anymore. Michelle and all the others in that office are lazy and inconsiderate of others.. I have called them numerous times about my rent and about my not having a job and they refuse to answer the phone. I need for corporate to contact me as soon as possible or send me the information to contact them! It literally makes no sense the trouble you have to go through to get answers to ANYTHING!
My mother stays there and been having problems with office staff. My concern is when she paid her April 2020 rent on April 3, 2020. She received her 1st letter of rent increase dated April 7, 2020 but got the letter on April 8, 2020. The letter said her rent went up, she had 10 days to pay her rent, or you will be requested to be eviction from premises. My mother said she called the office multiply of time on April 8, 2020 and no answer and left voice mail. So on April 9, 2020 she called the office again an again no answer. ... read more
