Shawn in maintenance is the best! I had an emergency late at night and he walked me through a temporary fix and then got it fixed the next day, on the 4th of July! He is extremely nice and went above and beyond to help me.
Horrible neighbors that have their kids running around the apartments all day and night till 2am everyday constantly worse renting experience ever
I'm on my third year here, and Willow Oaks has delivered a great living experience. The residents are friendly and mostly quiet, plenty of parking, and a quick and responsive maintenance staff (shoutout to Shawn who replaced my toilet, and left the whole work area sparkling). My favorite thing here is being surrounded by greenery, right in the city. The trees block noise pollution from the surrounding roads, and draw in all kinds of wildlife. Good for families!
Mike from maintenance responded within a couple hours of my requests. Everything is completed and perfect!! He was kind to my dog , too! Thank you!
