I have lived at Willow Oaks Apartments for almost a year. It is a great place to live. The apartment is spacious for the price, and they are surrounded by mature stands of trees. Beautiful! Almost all the patios face the woods. The maintenance team responds very quickly to any problems and the office staff is friendly and accommodating. Willow Oaks has been wonderful so far! The office is communicative with the move in process. Maintenance has come within the same day of requests. The neighbors are friendly and the space is quiet!
Absolutely horrible experience. We had some of the worst neighbors imaginable—especially one woman who constantly complained about everything and everyone. While the apartments are spacious, they are very old and heavily infested with pests. I encountered cockroaches, spiders, and caterpillars in my apartment. The complex is located in a wooded area, so expect heavy pollen and a large number of unpleasant insects. Lisa was fantastic! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property. She was able to answer all of the questions I had. Lisa is a lot of the reason I chose this complex to apply to.
