Absolutely horrible experience. We had some of the worst neighbors imaginable—especially one woman who constantly complained about everything and everyone. While the apartments are spacious, they are very old and heavily infested with pests. I encountered cockroaches, spiders, and caterpillars in my apartment. The complex is located in a wooded area, so expect heavy pollen and a large number of unpleasant insects. Lisa was fantastic! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property. She was able to answer all of the questions I had. Lisa is a lot of the reason I chose this complex to apply to.
Willow Oaks is the old people and low income family community. Apartments are spacious but cockroach infested (that is what my ex-neighbor said once). I did not believe until I saw it myself on the carpet. These bugs come in though holes in the kitchen and bathrooms. Can't even live life in your broke down, expensive, shoe box of apt. with your overly nosey Karens and Karmas watching your every step. Next COMPLAINT is going to be about us sharing the same AIR!!!🙄😒
