I love living here very much and have lived here for about two years now. Rent only raised once about 50 dollars so currently paying 1300 for a 2 bedroom. I like my apartment it’s spacious for what I need and my cat is happy too. I’m hoping they don’t raise the rent next year excessively or at all considering their two bed rooms right now are being advertised for almost 1700. Crystal was simply the best! Nice sweet and very generous with her time - was willing to guide me even when I came early for a tour and everything in the apartment is wonderfully furnished!
I have lived at Willow Oaks Apartments for almost a year. It is a great place to live. The apartment is spacious for the price, and they are surrounded by mature stands of trees. Beautiful! Almost all the patios face the woods. The maintenance team responds very quickly to any problems and the office staff is friendly and accommodating. Outdoor pool, dog park, and community garden are great amenities. The location is perfect as well. Willow Oaks has been wonderful so far! The office is communicative with the move in process. Maintenance has come within the same day of requests. The neighbors are friendly and the space is quiet!
