Avoid building 5833 definitely avoid apartment 5833 F. If I could give the actual apartment rating a negative 5 Stars I would. The saff were good. I would give them 4 stars. Building 5833 is all the way in the back the building is prone to mold. By the time I was leaving 5833 F apartment it had water damage, ceiling leaks, and MOLD. If you care about your health stay away. Also ROACHES. I know people call them Palmettos or water bugs but it's a roach to me. The best thing they can do for that building is tear it down. EDITED UPDATES: So, I have not seen a roach since that day. I put out some bait and poison, and they had someone come by for the issue, and it's not been a problem since. I also have mint essential oils going constantly at night, which roaches hate. Overall, seems like the problem is not a terrible infestation, and that if you see one, someone from the office can help you out. Mike is very knowledgeable at his job, respectful of our rest knowing that we work night shifts, and does an amazing job completing everything we have asked of him. We appreciate everything he has done and can’t say thank you enough.
