I feel it's important to say this because I've been a customer here for over 13 years. I always buy my dewormer for my cats who are field and indoor outdoor cats, they catch mice and they get tape worms. Normally I will go in and I will buy that medication like I said, 13 years… and just recently, within the last few months, they're requiring you to pay vet visit for every single cat that you want to be dewormed. Good local vet. Very caring staff.
The vet was rude to my wife because her care credit card was expired and about how she'll pay them for their service. My wife was there next day to get this all figured out and get them paid through care credit. My wife was told she needed non expired care credit card. My wife ended up calling care credit customer service because she was not able to locate new care credit cards. Care credit paid the vet bill in full. Vet was mad because online meds are more affordable and my wife returned the not used meds to the vet to save... read more
Front desk workers very kind. Rooms small. Vet can be mouthy rude.
The staff at this facility is absolutely incredible. They have always met the needs of my pets without exception. I will not take them anywhere else!
