The staff at this facility is absolutely incredible. They have always met the needs of my pets without exception. I will not take them anywhere else!

First, I left several messages for the vet to call me back and received no return calls at all! I gave them a second chance because we have been going there for over 6 years, but unfortunately we were extremely disappointed and angered when my husband picked up our 2 dogs after a dental appointment. The office was busy and noisy and he asked the receptionist to repeat the $ amount 3 times and she just said 7-7. So not hearing the amount correctly he wrote the check incorrectly.
