As retirees, my wife and I looked at a great many senior parks during the sale of our 45 year farm. We looked for two main items: Park Management and Culture. We found both at Western Reserve Senior park. Deb, the property manager, went over and above coordinating our move into our brand new home in the park. Moved here about a year ago. We love how cute and quaint the Willows is. It’s so quiet and we feel very safe here. Enjoy playing Euchre and Bingo with fellow residents. Management is very attentive to any issues and maintenance is excellent. Only concern would be how often water is shut off for the park.
If I could remove the star, I would. The lot manager is a bully with these older folks and think she can win. Lot fees increase every year. I would not step foot in that office or lot ever again. Check your manager
