Unfortunately we will not go back to Willow Mill. They have cared for all of our pets since 1994 but the practice is no longer a friendly, personable experience for the pet owner or the pet. If you are a vet, you should at least act like you enjoy working with families and their pets. Tech took my cat to the back in the carrier. Who knows how they treated her. I have been in different places with my dogs, I finally can say that I found the place I was looking for. Good attention, professionals, care about the pets, and the most important they experience with the sickness of the pets. Try it and you will see for yourself.
Not comfortable with the staff not doing exams in front of me instead muzzled my dog no one else's took to another room to give a shot , looking for new vet
