**update** I spoke to someone at Willow and it has been confirmed that they had my contact information wrong. However, they are still insisting they offered me a same day appointment as an alternative is false! I am now waiting to speak to a manager. And once again the receptionist was rude and arguementative. Not professional! Response to Willow: That is completely false! Nobody from Willow called me!
