This is the worst assisting living facility I have ever encountered. Totally neglected my mother. If i left my mother there any longer she would have suffered. The lady in charge of the facility was never available to talk about any issue regarding my mother. She did not want to talk to anyone she is unless, and care nothing for the patience in her facility. I had no choice but to pull my mother out of that bad place (willow manor). BEWARE!!!! nothing but lies. My parent stayed at this facility, it is not what they say it is, she was always forgotten with meds, cant get meds straight, not enough help, she fell and no one came, they have residents wonder all night long. Stay way from the administrator. I would not put my animal in such a place. The phones are always down and that is how you reach help??????????
