Willow Landscaping was performing work at exit 11 (370 Mills Mall) when their roadside crew left a significant amount of debris in the roadway. We had a new 2023 fully electric semi truck traveling down the exit when the driver struck lawn debris and branches created by Willow Landscaping using Flail Mower on a skid steer. The debris left in the road damaged the air supply line to the truck, rendering it disabled on the side of the road.
