RecommendedI have lived at Willow Lakes Apartment Homes for six months. I highly recommend them. One of the features that attracted me is the fitness center. It is everything I hoped it would be. Plenty of equipment. Not heavily used during the times I was going. Front office staff is excellent and maintenance requests were handled promptly and repairs done properly. I formerly owned a property management business so I know what it takes to do it properly. They consistently hit the mark! Thank you.

I have lived here for a few months and I just want to say how great the office staff is! Any time I have an issue, I let them know & it is fixed immediately. They have a “resident portal” on their website which is VERY convenient. You can submit a work order, pay your rent, see your balance, it’s great! Highly recommend!
I have loved living here and am sad to move. I flooded out of my first floor apartment during Harvey and Willow Lakes staff worked hard getting me back into an apartment as quickly as possible. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and Jason runs maintenance so smoothly. Every time I have reported an issue it has been taken care of immediately, including during the weekend.
My fiancé has been living here for several months. Our daughters and I recently moved here to be with him. Originally, I left one star rating for this apartment complex due to an incident involving a staff member and miscommunication. However, once I was able to speak with an actual manager, everything was immediately straightened out. She was helpful, informative, pleasant and very professional. I am more than satisfied with the accommodations made to fix the situation. We look forward to the rest of our stay here.
I love the pools and Jessica is awesome. Always smiling and so helpful. She goes above and beyond.
