Landscaping is poor. Snow removal is worse than poor. Streets are not maintained . Rents are ridiculously high. I’m embarrassed to live here.
Unfortunately the management is unresponsive to resident calls and concerns. In addition although there are many wonderful residents here, the property is in disrepair and although many promises have been made, no repairs have been made.
I would like to invite a manager of this community to come to my home and inspect the work done on my front porch this morning. Knowing it takes money to mantain a community such as this I m very disappointed in the quality of work done. Yesterday my front porch fell apart. This morning an attempt was made to repair it by the maintenance crew. It is not satisfactory and a poor representation of the quality of work expected on a new home or even for that matter an old one. I
