I’ve lived here for three years and the downstairs neighbors apartment caught fire. The security officer was too scared to break the window because he was worried they would charge him for it, WE put the fire out before the first responders got there and even saved their pets that were in the room that was burning. I was already getting ready to move into a larger apartment which was going to be ready about 2 weeks out. Very nice people who work in the office. Very nice quite neighborhood. That all I require. I love it here.

problems problems and not luxury living by any means, BE AWARE of the lease and if you have an early move out, I paid over $3000 to move out early( when we had a job transfer)and was told by tammy the manager that if they rented the apartment back out they would refund my money and for me to call and check to see if it was rented, upon calling to see if it was rented, tammy recanted and said there would not be a refund if they rented it out.
