This store is amazing. I've had two watches repaired at here and they do an amazing job. they're very skilled and even adjusted a watch band for me and removed links free of charge one time. They also have a really nice selection of jewelry at reasonable prices. Highly recommend, two thumbs up!
I had a silver bracelet that had darkened and I really wanted it cleaned. I went to Willow Jewelry and Repair and Chris made my bracelet look like new! I am so relieved to have my braclet back to shiny!
Chris was so personable and knowledgable!! He cleaned up a set I had inherited and gave me a beautiful box for safe keeping free of charge. I would highly recommend any Oberlin students reach out to him should something need cleaned, repaired, or purchased.
