Willow insurance is not worth the hype that some people are leaving reviews for. I would definitely recommend shopping around with others, such as the onces I just changed to (USAA and Progressive). Everything is fine as long as you pay and don't make any claims. I used to pay twice as much for the same coverage you can get elsewhere. I have had a claim open for months because the insurance policy they sold me was a scam. Tiffany at Willow Insurance is absolutely amazing! She has been helping me with any and everything insurance for years. Anytime I need to add, subtract, shop for cheaper or even get into an accident, She's right there to help me with all my needs. I've been with Willow for over 20 years, and I've always received excellent customer service. They respond quickly and never fail to put my mind at ease when I need to file a claim. They spend the time finding coverage that meets my specific needs as an individual, and walk me through the policy details when I ask my many questions. I've referred a lot of people over the years and have never once regretted doing so.
