Best management, staff and the care the participants can wish for.
For a service who are meant to help people that suffer from mental health & pride themselves in supported living & advertise privacy & a lockable room, they went snooping through my mothers room while she was in hospital. Admittedly, they did find alcohole stashed in her room which i agree was wrong on my mothers behalf, but for a service who claim are compassionate, they havent taken any of my mothers complex struggles or circumstances into consideration & without any chances or any compassion, they kicked my mentally disab... read more
