They often make mistakes and blame the council, despite not always adhering to Australian Standards. You will hear 100 times that they are professional than Aussie.. 2 cents :Stay away from this people. Call Council and check before signing the contracts.

I am extremely disappointed with Willow Homes. Their workmanship was subpar and their communication was nonexistent. They promised high-quality materials and reputable suppliers, but the reality was far from it. The doors, which they claimed were from Humes, were clearly installed by unskilled workers. The quality of the installation was abysmal and the overall finish was unacceptable. It's clear that they misled us about the source of the materials and the expertise of the workers. Absolutely terrible company. No organisation, rubbish, building materials left everywhere, dust- not using the hose to keep it down so all the neighbours have to suffer. Do not reply to your emails- so it’s off to legal aid to get them to repair our homes- air conditioning cleaned, windows, cars cleaned and the list goes on. They should be shut down ASAP
