Recently we had an addition of a covered screened deck added to our home. The addition created a large living area which can be used year round. The craftsmanship is excellent and the space is beautiful as well as functional. Jason Hale and his team were professional and transparent, they walked us through the process and always listened to ensure we were on the same page. Willow was very quick to respond and did a great job with communication on our site visit, estimate, and plans coordination.
The team at Willow is knowledgeable, polite, responsive, and everything that anyone could want from a builder. They take the time to understand the customer’s needs, balance those needs against budget, and make suggestions on how to best achieve the desired result. They take the time to explain the “why” something is a preferred approach, and they truly look out for their clients’ best interests.
