My father has called number of times to speak to someone about my grandmother (his mother) and when we do talk to we get the run around. She went in there the 13th of July. Quarantine is only 14 days. This is what they told us when she moved in! This is what a friend who works there tells us. Called to schedule a visit. We can’t see her until after the 17th of August because she is supposedly still quarantine!! Taking care of the ones that can not care for them self excludes non mobile from the extras having no inside contract for more then 4 months when visited outside was told each time that they had just got her up no teeth nothing but sleep wear no glasses this was after 10 am 4 weeks in a row the person that brought her out very not a giving person just drop her off and that's it really caring people and we have no way of knowing what else is going on

RecommendedWonderful group of caring people. Forest Hills cared for my father during his last days. My mother now resides in Beacon House and the staff is awesome. Just had a FaceTime conversation with my beautiful mother. She looks so well cared for, talked about the wonderful food and the special staff. Thank you for being the special staff you are!! Families are blessed by each one of you!!

RecommendedI recently joined the Willow Haven team as Director of Nursing. I am so very excited to work with so many new residents and staff. God puts us in new places for all kinds of reasons. This is my 4 th week and during this crazy time the staff is very focused on resident care. The whole resident body, mind and spirit!
